Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for any canceled registrations within 21 days of the event. As of November 13th, refunds will no longer be issued.

Location and Venue
The Orange Beach Event Center is owned and operated by the City of Orange Beach and home to almost 100 events annually, from corporate conferences to small trade shows as well as banquets, sporting events, seminars, and more. With 18,000 sq. ft. of rentable space, the facility can be configured in a variety of ways to serve various-sized meetings, exhibits, and receptions. The onsite Event Center staff are ready to help you plan and execute your event. Courteous and professional, we will provide you with excellent service.

SpringHill Suites Orange Beach at The Wharf
nSide has a hotel block reserved for the 2023 School Safety Summit at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach at The Wharf. Dates available for reservation are December 3rd – December 7th. Room rates for the duration of the conference are $112 – $132 per night. The last day to book your accommodations is November 3rd.

In the event that the Spring Hill Suites are fully booked, nSide has a hotel block also reserved at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Orange Beach. Dates available for reservation are December 3rd – December 7th. Room rates for the duration of the conference are $70 per night.
Hotel Indigo: Orange Beach-Gulf Shores
In the event that the Spring Hill Suites are fully booked, nSide has a hotel block also reserved at the Hotel Indigo: Orange Beach-Gulf Shores. Dates available for reservation are December 3rd – December 6th. Room rates for the duration of the conference start at $99 per night.
