Mississippi Information Submission

Once your district has completed the Mississippi Consent Form, districts and schools can begin submitting the documents required to get them onboarded to the nSide Platform. The Consent Form MUST be completed prior to uploading and sharing any documents with nSide.  The following documents must be uploaded:

• Copy of floor plans (e.g. architectural floor plans, evacuation route maps, etc) for each school and site
• Copy of current EOP for each school
• List of Emergency Contacts for each schools
• List of active cameras and their IP address

PLEASE SUBMIT A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH SCHOOL AND ATTACH FORMS FOR EACH SCHOOL WITH THE CORRESPONDING SCHOOL FORM.
