Slide HOW DOES CAMPUS MAPPING BENEFIT SCHOOLS? Your safety team members will be able to view critical infrastructure points, evacuation routes, main cut-off valves and switches, as well as cameras throughout campus. You can give first responders access to building layouts with information about emergency equipment and the ability to do virtual walkthroughs. The map provides a convenient way to keep inventory and maintenance records updated and also allows your maintenance team to access information remotely if needed. Slide STARTING THE PROCESS SUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION After purchasing the mapping service, you will need to submit your district’s information (such as floor plans, school safety plans, and emergency contacts) to nSide. SCHEDULE YOUR MAPPING Once your district has submitted all of the required data, one of our team members will contact you to schedule the mapping visit. REQUEST MAPPING Use the button below or reach out to a member of the nSide team to request mapping of your schools. Our team will guide you through the process to make it a seamless and easy experience. ARRIVAL When our team arrives at the first school, they will check in at the office and connect with the main point of contact for the district. ON YOUR CAMPUS Our team will need access to the entire campus, ARRIVAL When our team arrives at the first school, they will check in at the office and connect with the main point of contact for the district. Slide THE DAY OF MAPPING THE DAY OF MAPPING Note: Our teams will never collect photos of minors The mapping team will capture as many interior photos as possible without disrupting classes and, if needed, students are asked to leave a classroom for less than one minute to capture the 360-degree image. WHEN STUDENTS ARE NOT ON CAMPUS The nSide mapping team will collect all features, rooms, and 360 degree images while at each location.

There normally is no need for the team to return after hours except in cases where there may be a weather delay.
WHEN STUDENTS ARE ON CAMPUS Note: Our teams will never collect photos of minors The nSide mapping team will collect all exterior features, room information, and locked mechanical rooms. They will also collect all exterior 360-degree images.

Admins are given 2 options during school hours in regard to interior 360 degree images:
WHEN STUDENTS ARE ON CAMPUS OPTION 1: OPTION 2: The mapping team will capture as many interior photos as possible without disrupting classes and will return after hours (with a school employee) to capture the missed 360-degree images due to students in the space. The nSide mapping team will collect all exterior features, room information, and locked mechanical rooms. They will also collect all exterior 360-degree images.
